Signs of Dehydration- Hydrate with the Best Drinking Water

You lose water in your body through urination, respiration, and by sweating. If you are very active, you lose more water than if you are inactive. Some symptoms of dehydration include:

  • chronic pains in joints and muscle
  • lower back pain
  • headaches
  • constipation
  • strong odor to your urine
  • yellow or amber color to your urine
